The Indumentum Newsletter is Back

Hello all rhodo enthusiasts.  I hope your rhodos are enjoying this less harsh winter we've been having.  I have a Rhodendron hippophaeoides that I rescued from a house that was being sold and torn down, that I had to heavily prune to move, and it is just bursting with buds raring to go!

With all this near gardening weather, I have managed to rebuild the Indumentum newsletter archive and make it available again to readers.  This is a fantastic compilation of interesting stories and factoids that our past editor Don Haslam put together over the years.  I highly encourage everyone to take a read.  Good stuff in there.

Don has since passed the editor torch (thank you very much Don) to Toby Hughes who has just released his first issue for January, 2018.  You will find that issue on our site now.  Just click on the banner at the right side for the indumentum.

Toby has asked me to forward the following message to budding authors.  We are always looking for content for the newsletter.  Have an interesting story to tell, a report from visiting a garden, show, or class?  Please contact us.  Toby would be very pleased to work with you on contributing content to our newsletter.

Happy reading!
